The Norse God of Thunder, Thor, released under Kaiyodo's [Amazing Yamaguchi] product line, boasts a powerful, muscular physique that differs from the leaner build seen in the movie version. Its mere presence is enough to command awe.
It comes with lightning effects that attach to the body. If left on for too long, they may deform slightly and require removal and gentle reshaping to restore their original form.
Thanks to Yamaguchi's design, Thor boasts an excellent range of articulation without sacrificing its impressive sculpt. However, it's important to note that the front skirt armor is fixed, requiring a slight adjustment in direction when raising the legs, which is a minor inconvenience.
The hammer included with the main figure was not used for this unboxing. Instead, the hammer and spinning hammer effect from the Marvel Legends Thor Deluxe were utilized, resulting in a slightly different aesthetic.
Because the effects are designed to clip on, they offer remarkable versatility, easily attaching even to Marvel Legends hammers!
Finally, here are some photos featuring Mighty Thor alongside.
