Japanese company Kaiyodo recently unveiled on social media a new product from its popular super-articulated figure "REVOLTECH" series, based on the popular anime "My Hero Academia"—the "Ochaco Uraraka" articulated figure. It has a suggested retail price of 12,100 JPY and is scheduled for release in November 2024!
Ochaco Uraraka is the heroine of "My Hero Academia." She is a cheerful and kind girl who helped Midoriya when he almost fell during the entrance exam. Ochaco's Quirk is Zero Gravity, allowing her to make objects or people she touches float. She can deactivate her ability by touching her fingertips together. Her hero name is "Uravity," and her most admired hero is Thirteen, hoping to one day become a rescue hero like them!
This Ochaco Uraraka articulated figure is crafted in Ochaco's superhero "Uravity" costume, showcasing her futuristic-style bodysuit and various details of her helmet and wrist guards, which are used to alleviate symptoms like headaches and high blood pressure caused by her Quirk. The hand sculpt also faithfully recreates the paw pads on her fingertips! The accessories include multiple interchangeable face parts, allowing for the recreation of various expressions from the series. Pre-orders at Kaiyodo's direct stores will also include a special bonus: a vomiting expression face part, to recreate Ochaco's appearance when her Quirk is overused!
