From Japanese model maker MEGAHOUSE's 'GALS' female character figure series, following "Misato Katsuragi & Penpen", they have once again announced the latest product from "Rebuild of Evangelion", "Misato Katsuragi & Penpen Ver.2", with a reference price of 19,580 JPY, scheduled for release in October 2024!
Misato Katsuragi (葛城ミサト), one of the important characters appearing in "Neon Genesis Evangelion", is the Chief Operations Officer of NERV Headquarters' Tactical Operations Department. Her duties include commanding and monitoring EVA pilots and leading attack strategies. She is professional and capable at work, but when acting as Shinji Ikari and Asuka's guardian, she reveals her "big sister" side—a messy room, terrible sleeping habits, and an absolute need for ice-cold beer after a shower... She is greatly beloved both within and outside the series.
"GALS Series Rebuild of Evangelion Misato Katsuragi & Penpen Ver.2" once again brings Sister Misato and the hot spring penguin Penpen to life in three dimensions, recreating her casual home look with a relaxed yellow tank top and shorts, and her hair tied in a ponytail! Holding her favorite beer in hand, paired with a relaxed sitting pose, her leg lines are perfectly rendered, exuding mature sex appeal! Furthermore, Penpen also holds a beer can with a straw, allowing for free arrangement with Misato to recreate the relaxing room scene after work!
