The robot-themed action figure series "ROBOT魂 (ROBOT SPIRITS)", released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd., today announced the latest product from "Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon", "IB-07: SOL 644 / Ayre", scheduled for release in September 2024.
Ayre is a female voice that emerged in the mind of the protagonist, Raven (C4-621), after accidental overexposure to the energy substance "Coral". Identifying herself as a Rubiconian, she becomes one of the partners supporting the protagonist in missions. Only the protagonist, an old-model augmented human, can receive Ayre's "sensory input," which others dismiss as mere hallucinations. Due to her frequent assistance and close interaction with players, many consider Ayre to be the game's heroine. However, Ayre is actually one of the mutated wavelengths generated from "Coral" and possesses no physical body. She is concerned about the current situation where various factions are vying for her kin, the "Coral," and hopes the protagonist can thwart the plans of the corporations and OVERSEER, protecting the potential of both humanity and Coral. Ayre's attitude and stance towards the player also change depending on the chosen ending route.
Currently, only partial product images for "ROBOT魂 IB-07: SOL 644 / Ayre" have been revealed, with detailed product information expected to be announced soon.
