Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd.'s collector's toy division, TAMASHII NATIONS, recently announced the latest limited-edition product from "Mashin Hero Wataru", the "NXEDGE STYLE Ryujinmaru Special Color Edition", scheduled for release in May 2024. This product will only be sold exclusively at the official flagship store TAMASHII NATIONS STORE and official exhibition space TAMASHII SPOT.
This product is a modified version of the previously released standard edition "NXEDGE STYLE Ryujinmaru". The entire figure has been re-painted with luxurious colors. The red armor on both shoulders and the blue armor on various parts of the body have been changed from their original plastic molded colors to metallic paint. The golden dragon emblem on both shoulders is now produced using hot-stamping transfer printing technology, commonly known as "hot foil stamping," which provides a texture closer to a metal surface compared to the original gold paint application.
Other specifications remain the same as the standard edition and it includes a clear display stand. With a height of approximately 10 cm, it features flexible articulated joints, allowing it to recreate various sword-wielding battle poses, including drawing its signature weapon, the "Toryuken," from its back.
