BANDAI SPIRITS' Collectors Division TAMASHII NATIONS' non-articulated character figure series "Figuarts ZERO" is launching a new sub-series, "Touche Metallique," with its latest product themed after "Saint Seiya": "Figuarts ZERO Touche Metallique Sagittarius Seiya"! The suggested retail price is 22,000 JPY, with an estimated release in December 2024.
The latest "Touche Metallique" series utilizes a mixed coating of electroplated and regular paints to create a magnificent metallic feel, and reproduces a sense of dynamism with excellent sculpting techniques. The first release, "Figuarts ZERO Touche Metallique Sagittarius Seiya," stands approximately 250 mm tall, three-dimensionally capturing Seiya's vivid pose with an arrow nocked and bow drawn! The distinctive Cloth is recreated with intricate sculpting, and the metallic colored paintwork, combined with electroplated parts such as the headpiece, wings, and bow and arrow, makes the golden texture even more dazzling and brilliant. The base is inspired by a collapsed temple, conveying the worldview of Saint Seiya; it also incorporates transparent parts to create a flame-like aura!
