Japan's Megahouse toy company's high-quality figure series "G.E.M.", which brings anime and manga characters to life, will release its latest product based on the classic anime "Yu Yu Hakusho": "Yusuke Urameshi in the Palm of Your Hand". The suggested retail price is 7,920 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in October 2024!
Japan's classic manga series "Yu☆Yu☆Hakusho" was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" from 1990 to 1994, and it remains highly popular even in the Reiwa era, 30 years later. The protagonist, Yusuke Urameshi, initially dies in a car accident but is given a chance to revive because his death was "unexpected by the Spirit World." He then operates as a "Spirit Detective," and during his missions, he meets the demon fox Kurama and Hiei, who came to the human world from the Demon World, and becomes comrades with his human best friend Kazuma Kuwabara from Sarayashiki Junior High.
The "G.E.M. Yusuke Urameshi in the Palm of Your Hand" PVC pre-painted complete figure transforms Yusuke into a palm-sized collectible, measuring only about 8.5 cm, yet the sculpting is meticulously detailed! It faithfully recreates his yellow sleeveless gi from the "Dark Tournament Saga" and his slicked-back hair with a green glossy finish. His pose, with hands casually placed behind his head, showcases his muscular arms and chest lines, and perfectly captures Yusuke's confident, slightly roguish smile.
