Japanese toy brand T-ARTS, under TAKARA TOMY Company, has launched a gashapon product themed on the popular IP "MOOMIN" – "MOOMIN Little My's Many Collections" (tentative title). The suggested retail price is 400 JPY per capsule, and it was released this month!
"MOOMIN" is a series of illustrated characters created by the Swedish-speaking Finnish author Tove Jansson. The Moomin family is a family of forest-dwelling trolls (not hippos!) with large noses and round bodies. Curious by nature, they live a carefree life with their good friends in Moominvalley.
Little My is Snufkin's sister. Though small in stature and outspoken, she possesses a mature face and a calm, witty mind. This product features the popular character Little My as the protagonist, recreating scenes from the original work. It offers four types of model gashapon: Sewing Set, Tea Set, Mischievous Little My, and Greedy Little My. These capture Little My's clever and mischievous expressions, bringing this free-spirited girl's various poses to life in 3D!
