THE GUNDAM BASE, Japan's official Gunpla flagship store for 'Mobile Suit Gundam,' has announced the upcoming release of its latest limited-edition product from 'SD Gundam World Heroes The Legend of Dragon Knight,' the 'SDW HEROES Superior Formula Final Dragon [Clear Color],' scheduled for sale in stores in September 2024.
The Superior Formula Final Dragon is the combined form of Strike Freedom Dragon and Infinite Justice Dragon, created to save the Knight World. Unaffected by all things in the world, it is a Dragon Knight that transcends the legends of the Knight World. Its overall design, from the left-right symmetrical combination to the purple and gold color scheme, pays homage to the character 'Superior Formula' from the past series 'SD Command Chronicles III SUPER G ARMS.'
Detailed product information for the 'SDW HEROES Superior Formula Final Dragon [Clear Color]' has not yet been released. However, from the official images, it can be seen that in addition to the gold and purple wings on the back, which feature electroplating similar to the PB version, the other exterior armor parts are made with a rich array of clear molded colors such as purple, blue, orange, red, and yellow, with a large amount of glitter added to create the impression of the entire body sparkling.
