American collectible brand Numskull Designs' "TUBBZ" toy series, which transforms various pop culture characters into ducks, will once again release its previously best-selling American classic sitcom F.R.I.E.N.D.S-themed yellow ducks in a boxed edition. The suggested retail price is US$19.99 per figure, with an estimated release in late June 2024!
Numskull Designs has dressed the TUBBZ ducks as the six familiar main characters from F.R.I.E.N.D.S: Ross, Rachel, Monica, Chandler, Joey, and Phoebe. Each duck's outfit is designed to represent its character, filled with delightful details that will bring a smile to your face!
Ross's design features the duck in his classic earthy-toned suit, holding thick books and fossils, showcasing Ross's nerdy paleontologist side. The duck even sports Ross's iconic "unlucky" expression!
Rachel's design gives the duck her meticulously styled hair and dresses it in her Central Perk uniform, holding a mug and a coffee pot, capturing her image from her time at work!
The Monica duck perfectly recreates her holding cleaning supplies, embodying her refusal to tolerate even a speck of dirt in the apartment!
The Chandler duck holds a chick, a nod to the Season 3 storyline where he and Joey raised a chick together. Chandler's interactions with the chick were truly adorable!
The Joey duck embodies his big eater and ladies' man persona, striking a confident "How you doing?" pose, and holding a super-sized slice of pizza!
Phoebe is designed with her guitar in hand, as if performing at Central Perk, making it seem like you can almost hear her humming "Smelly Cat~ Smelly Cat~"!
The packaging design for this boxed edition is also incredibly thoughtful. The outer box features printed patterns filled with various F.R.I.E.N.D.S elements, including Phoebe's guitar and the taxi she inherited from her grandmother, the iconic sofa from the opening credits, the Central Perk sign, coffee, and more. The QR code frame on the back is designed like the distinctive picture frame on Monica's apartment door, presenting a wealth of Easter eggs and details for all F.R.I.E.N.D.S fans!
