The popular articulated figure series "AMAZING YAMAGUCHI" from Japanese toy company Kaiyodo (KAIYODO) will release an upgraded version based on "Joker", the "Joker Ver.1.5"! The suggested retail price is 9,900 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in December 2024.
The "AMAZING YAMAGUCHI" series features articulated figures sculpted by Kaiyodo's renowned sculptor Katsuhisa Yamaguchi, utilizing the highly acclaimed Revoltech (REVOLTCH) joint parts. The themes primarily focus on characters from MARVEL, DC, My Hero Academia, and more. The articulation of the joints is exceptionally outstanding, allowing for dynamic battle poses from the original works when combined with various accessories and effect parts.
The official X (formerly Twitter) account has preemptively announced that pre-orders for the "Amazing Yamaguchi Joker Ver.1.5" articulated figure will soon open! While largely retaining the previous design, it comes with a wealth of accessories including a machine gun, a toy revolver that shoots a "BANG" flag, a cane, gun-firing effects, chattering teeth bombs, "HAHAHA" sound effect plates, and more. Additionally, new weapons such as playing cards, a crowbar and knife, throwing knives, and a razor have been added. Coupled with multiple interchangeable hand parts, you can enjoy recreating the Joker's mischievous attacks! More detailed information will be updated later.
