Japanese high-end statue manufacturer Prime 1 Studio, in collaboration with renowned Korean collectibles brand Blitzway, officially unveiled their latest masterpiece from "Batman (1989)" yesterday (29th) under their "HD Museum Masterline" series: the Michael Keaton version of the "Batman" 1/2 scale full body statue! Shipping is expected to begin from August to November 2025, with a suggested retail price of 443,190 JPY (tax included).

This piece stands at an astonishing 106 cm, meticulously recreating the Batman suit worn by Michael Keaton in the film, which, despite significantly restricting movement, boasted an undeniably cool appearance. The eyes beneath the cowl are crafted from glass, achieving an incredibly lifelike expression. The lower half of the face features intricate sculpting and painting techniques to reproduce Michael Keaton's signature pouty lips and skin texture. From the integrated structure of the suit's cowl, chest, and shoulders, to the heavy cape made of leather and fabric, and the detailed sculpting of the utility belt, the impactful detail brought by the 1/2 large scale is evident throughout!

In addition to its exquisite sculptural presentation, this piece also includes interchangeable right hands for a clenched fist, a relaxed pose, and holding the grappling gun, among other accessories, to enhance display versatility. The specially designed base also incorporates an LED illumination mechanism, adding to the sense of presence when lit.
