Released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd., the "S.H.Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou)" series, which sculpts from the skeletal structure to give tokusatsu heroes their original cool appearance and natural articulation, today announced the latest product from "Kamen Rider W", the "Kamen Rider W Fang Joker (Fuuto PI Anime Commemoration Edition)", scheduled for release in November 2024.
Kamen Rider W's Fang Joker is the only form among many that transforms using Philip's physical body. After transforming using the powerful "Fang" Gaia Memory, which is equipped with a miniature CPU and can act independently in its dinosaur form, the inherent dangerous factors amplify the user's wildness and fighting spirit, unleashing extremely ferocious combat abilities. Even the usually rational Philip cannot suppress it and becomes a berserker, requiring Shotaro's consciousness to assist in maintaining self-control.
The "S.H.Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou) Kamen Rider W Fang Joker (Fuuto PI Anime Commemoration Edition)" is a modified version based on the one released in 2018. It adds newly produced "Ultimate Saber" effect parts for the legs, rendered in energetic clear blue parts to reflect its appearance in the anime, and also includes a new circular display stand featuring the "Fuuto PI" title.
Other parts remain the same as the regular version. The main body features proportions faithful to the suit in the show and sharp exterior details characteristic of the Fang Joker form. The belt also features intricate sculpting and rich color applications to create the massive Fang Memory. The flexible articulation design throughout the body allows for dynamic poses that capture its wild combat style, and the Fang Sabers on the shoulders and wrists can be recreated through interchangeable parts. The newly added leg saber effect parts, depicting energy charging, can recreate the special move "Fang Strizer" in a style faithful to the anime's depiction!
