Japanese toy brand Prime 1 Studio's statue series "Ultimate Premium MasterLine" will release a 1/4 scale statue featuring the protagonist Aloy from the famous action game "Horizon Forbidden West", launched on PlayStation 5, wearing her special in-game outfit, the "Tenakth Dragoon Armor Set"! It is scheduled for release between September and December 2025, priced at 197,890 JPY.
"Horizon Forbidden West" is an action game developed by Guerrilla Games and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, released in February 2022, with a PC port in March 2024. The game's story continues from its predecessor, "Horizon Zero Dawn", narrating protagonist Aloy's adventures in a 31st-century post-apocalyptic open world. Following her defeat and destruction of HADES in the previous game, this installment sees her embark on a special expedition to other lands, traveling to the western United States regions such as California, Utah, and Nevada, where she encounters new tribal allies and faces new enemies.
This 1/4 scale Aloy Tenakth Dragoon Armor Set statue by Prime 1 Studio faithfully recreates her appearance in the special camouflage-colored armor. Standing approximately 69-73 cm tall (depending on whether the weapon is held single-handedly or two-handedly), Aloy is adorned with blue camouflage, stepping on a machine creature, poised as if about to leap, wielding her Nora War Spear. The statue exudes dynamic energy and imposing presence.
The overall sculpting is incredibly detailed. The hand parts can be swapped to hold the weapon either single-handedly or two-handedly. The intricate patterns on her attire, the quiver at her waist, and the LED-illuminated eyes of the machine creature underfoot all contribute to making this a highly collectible statue for fans of Horizon. This release also includes a BONUS version, a limited edition that features an additional unmasked head sculpt, allowing for interchangeable display options.
