This time, in addition to the "Lucius Fox & Batmobile Set," American toy manufacturer McFarlane Toys' DC Multiverse series has also launched another new product from the movie The Dark Knight Rises – the "Camouflage Tumbler" model. The suggested retail price is US$69.99, and it is expected to be released in July 2024!
The 2012 film The Dark Knight Rises is the final installment in director Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy, which he wrote and directed. In the movie, after Bane broke Batman's back during a sewer battle, he stole multiple "Tumbler" armored vehicles, prototypes of the Batmobile, from the Wayne Enterprises basement. These were later used as powerful weapons to threaten citizens and police.
This Camouflage Tumbler model, similar to the Batmobile model included in the "Lucius Fox & Batmobile Set," faithfully recreates the classic camouflage paint scheme of the vehicle from The Dark Knight Rises. Weathered scratch effects are applied to the edges of the armor, and the cockpit can be opened to place the previously released Bane 7-inch action figure inside for play, showcasing a villainous aura distinct from the all-black Batmobile!
