Japan's Furyu Corporation (フリュー株式会社), which operates various entertainment businesses, has launched a new product in its affordable figure series TENITOL, featuring the classic anime "Detective Conan" – the "Toru Amuro" pre-painted figure. The suggested retail price is 6,050 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in December 2024!
"Toru Amuro" first appeared in manga chapter 793. His real name is Rei Furuya, and he is a public security police officer belonging to the Security Planning Division of the National Police Agency Security Bureau (commonly known as "Zero"). He was ordered to infiltrate the Black Organization under the codename Bourbon. In the spin-off "Detective Conan: Zero's Tea Time," Toru Amuro is the protagonist, depicting his daily life switching between his three identities: Rei Furuya, Toru Amuro, and Bourbon.
This Toru Amuro pre-painted figure inherits the single-seater sofa design from the previous "TENITOL Conan Edogawa" and "TENITOL Ai Haibara," depicting Toru Amuro seated on the sofa. The sculpt faithfully recreates his handsome appearance, meticulously reproducing his tanned skin and golden hair, and carefully detailing the wrinkles in his clothing.
