Japanese toy company Gecco is set to release a 1/6 scale diorama piggy bank featuring the amusing "Dog Ending" scene from KONAMI's classic horror game, "Silent Hill 2". It is expected to launch around November to December 2024, priced at 32,000 JPY.

In the Silent Hill series, games typically feature multiple endings, a special characteristic present since the first installment. The most famous representative ending is arguably the "UFO Ending" (where the protagonist is abducted by aliens). Because such endings are not only mind-bending but also highly entertaining, the sequel, "Silent Hill 2," also includes equally absurd and surprising endings for players, such as the UFO Ending and the adorable Dog Ending.
After players meet certain conditions and enter a mysterious room, they will discover an adorable dog wearing headphones, haphazardly typing away at a control panel. The protagonist, James, will exclaim, "So, it was all you?" He then collapses to his knees in anguish, while the cute dog approaches and gives James a loving lick on the face.
This special diorama piggy bank from Gecco is a 1/6 scale physical rendition of this unique ending scene. We can see the adorable Shiba Inu dog standing in front of a complex control interface, looking incredibly cute with headphones and a microphone on its head. On the control scene screens displayed on the wall, headshots of the protagonist James and the heroine Maria can also be seen. The dog and chair can be displayed separately, and the scene itself also functions as a coin bank. Fans of Silent Hill should definitely consider adding this to their collection!
