Japanese figure manufacturer GOOD SMILE COMPANY recently announced the re-release of the classic figure product "Saber & Saber Motored Cuirassier" from the anime "Fate/Zero", scheduled for January 2025.

This cool "Saber Motored Cuirassier" was originally a YAMAHA first-generation VMAX prepared by the protagonist Kiritsugu Emiya for his summoned Saber-class Servant, "Saber/Artoria Pendragon". In battle, Saber can use her "Mana Burst" skill to modify it, granting it high defense with its armored plating and a greatly enhanced power system. Combined with "Invisible Air," it can achieve an astonishing speed of over 400 kilometers per hour.

The "Saber & Saber Motored Cuirassier" figure was sculpted by GSC's veteran sculptor Takayuki Kawahara, bringing Saber's cool battle pose atop her motorcycle to life in 1/8 scale. Saber, wielding Excalibur, features dynamic details in her black suit and sharp eyes ready for battle. The "Saber Motored Cuirassier," encased in silver-white armor, is also a major highlight of this piece.

The vehicle body is sculpted with intricate details of the power system, from the engine, suspension, exhaust pipes, wheel rims, and tires, all featuring realistic and meticulously researched designs. Different metallic paint applications, shading, and weathering effects are applied according to the parts. The base even depicts asphalt torn by the vehicle and the "Fate/Zero" title logo. Although this work was released 12 years ago, it remains a masterpiece with an exceptionally high standard of sculpting even today.
