Bandai Candy, the Shokugan division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., has announced the latest product from the popular Kamen Rider action figure Shokugan "Shodo XX" series, originating from "Kamen Rider Kuuga", the "Kamen Rider Kuuga Ultimate Form & Unidentified Life Form No. 0 Set", scheduled for release in December 2024.
At the end of the series, Yusuke Godai, in order to defeat Unidentified Life Form No. 0, "N DAGUVA ZEBA", was forced to use the same power to transform into "Kamen Rider Kuuga Ultimate Form". This form possesses not only greater physical abilities than previous forms but also many mysterious powers, such as the "Supernatural Pyrokinesis" ability, which allows him to freely manipulate the atoms and molecules of surrounding substances, decomposing them to reconstruct other materials, or even plasmafying targets. However, according to ancient inscriptions, transforming into the Ultimate Form would turn him into a belligerent biological weapon, like the Grongi, losing all reason and plunging the world into eternal darkness. Fortunately, Yusuke Godai ultimately retained his self and kind heart, defeating his opponent with his own strength.
The "Shodo XX Kamen Rider Kuuga Ultimate Form & Unidentified Life Form No. 0 Set" is produced with an articulated specification, standing approximately 11 cm tall. It utilizes rich color applications to recreate Ultimate Kuuga's jet-black body with golden lines, and Unidentified Life Form No. 0's snow-white body with golden armor. In addition to multiple interchangeable hand parts to recreate the hand-to-hand combat scenes of the final battle, it also includes a "Black-Eyed Kuuga Replacement Head" to depict the berserk state from the prophecy.
