Japanese brand GOOD SMILE COMPANY's affordable pre-painted figure series POP UP PARADE is releasing a new product based on the popular anime "One-Punch Man" — the "KING" pre-painted figure, with a suggested retail price of 4,800 JPY and an estimated release in November 2024!
"KING," known as the strongest man on Earth, has repeatedly been found at scenes where monsters were defeated, leading the Hero Association to rank him as the S-Class Rank 7 hero. Upon his appearance, he always emits the terrifying "Emperor Engine" sound, capable of scaring monsters to death without lifting a finger. However, in reality, it's merely his extremely timid heart pounding so loudly out of fear that it creates the illusion of his immense strength. His favorite pastimes are playing fighting and dating games.
This "KING" pre-painted figure stands approximately 18 cm tall and features a majestic crossed-arms pose. The sculpt captures his black turtleneck paired with jeans, and meticulously details his extremely serious expression, which is actually due to excessive fear. The entire figure exudes a powerful aura of intimidation, as if one can hear the Emperor Engine rumbling. But in reality, he probably just wants to hurry home and play games!
