American toy manufacturer NECA's high-quality 7-inch action figure series "Ultimate" has officially announced another new product based on the American comic "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin" – the "The Last Ronin - Memory Donatello" (Donatello) 7-inch action figure, in addition to the previously announced "The Last Ronin - Memory Michelangelo". It has a suggested retail price of US$34.99 and is now available at Walmart and other designated retailers in the United States!
The design of "The Last Ronin - Memory Donatello" is based on a flashback scene from the fourth issue of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin" comic, where Donatello and his master Splinter travel deep into the mountains of Japan to seek out the Hamato Clan ninjas and negotiate with the villain Shredder's grandson, Oroku Hiroto, only to be cunningly ambushed by the despicable Oroku Hiroto.
This product meticulously sculpts Donatello's appearance in the comic, wearing a straw hat and a gi in the snowy landscape. The black line art continues the strong comic book style of this series. In addition to his signature bo staff weapon, accessories also include a Hamato Clan banner. The straw hat is designed to be detachable, allowing collectors to recreate scenes of chaotic battles with Foot Clan soldiers from the comic when paired with the previously released Splinter!
For the packaging, Ben Bishop, the comic artist of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin," was once again invited to personally draw the illustrations. The side artwork can be combined with other "The Last Ronin" series products, significantly enhancing the collectible value of this series' packaging!
