SUPER7, an American toy brand dedicated to releasing various pop culture-themed toys, has announced several new products from its 3.75-inch articulated figure series "ReAction" that will be released at the annual event San Diego Comic Con (SDCC). First, we'll be looking at the "Godzilla vs. Megalon Jet Jaguar & Godzilla" 3.75-inch articulated figure 2-pack, themed after the movie "Godzilla vs. Megalon"!
Released in 1973, "Godzilla vs. Megalon" (ゴジラ対メガロ) is the 13th film in the Godzilla series. The story tells of the Seatopian people sending Megalon to punish humanity for continuous nuclear weapons testing and controlling the artificial robot Jet Jaguar. However, humans eventually regain control of Jet Jaguar and team up with Godzilla to fight against Megalon and the alien monster Gigan, summoned by the Seatopians.
This product features Jet Jaguar and Godzilla as 3.75-inch articulated figures, recreating the characters' suit designs from the movie. The inside of the packaging box is printed with the iconic scene of Jet Jaguar and Godzilla shaking hands at the end of the film. It adopts a collector-friendly window box design, combined with vintage packaging printing on the outside, to recreate this classic moment of heroes respecting each other!
