The Technic series from Danish toy company LEGO will release its latest product, item number 42174, on August 1, 2024: "Emirates Team New Zealand AC75 Yacht"! The suggested retail price is US$119.99.
This set contains a total of 962 pieces and is designed based on the AC75 hydrofoil yacht of the Emirates Team New Zealand, which won the 36th America's Cup. The overall appearance is highly accurate to the original. In addition to the two specially printed sails, the hull structure is also exquisitely built. With the stand, the total height can reach 68.7 cm, and the length exceeds 56 cm, making it a truly impressive presence. For toy enthusiasts who are familiar with the America's Cup, they can also enjoy playing with the yacht's most important aerodynamic functions! Such as raising and tilting the hydrofoil arms, rotating the mast, and more.
▼ It's only when seeing the official images with a real person that one truly realizes the massive size of this AC75 hydrofoil yacht.
