Japanese toy company TAKARA TOMY today (the 4th) officially announced the new sports-themed competitive toy series "SPORTS HUMAN (スポーツヒューマン)", featuring three types: Basketball, Soccer, and Horizontal Bar! Scheduled for release on July 13, 2024.
Creating various interactive competitive toys that allow people to focus on the immediate outcome has always been TAKARA TOMY's forte, and this time they've delivered a powerful new sports-themed series, SPORTS HUMAN! It lets you gather friends for head-to-head battles, so even during sweltering summer days that make you question life, toy enthusiasts can still enjoy the thrill of heated competition in an air-conditioned room; and among these three sports – Basketball, Soccer, and Horizontal Bar – each offers unique gameplay variations and different levels of difficulty.
"SPORTS HUMAN Basketball" not only allows for super dunks with multiple aerial flips but also features the even more challenging super alley-oop! "SPORTS HUMAN Soccer" emphasizes the mutual anticipation and reaction skills between the ball-handler and the goalkeeper, while "SPORTS HUMAN Horizontal Bar," in my opinion, is the one that requires the most skill and sense of rhythm. If you're proficient enough, you can perform a super spectacular giant swing – I can't wait to try it!
