Ramen Akane "Nendoroid Bunzo" Articulated Cat Figure Appears! The Yakuza-Style Cooking Cat's Expression When Dealing with Difficult Customers is Perfectly Recreated

Published by Japan's GOOD SMILE COMPANY, the popular "Nendoroid" series, with over a thousand different products, has announced its latest item from the new anime series "Ramen Akane": the "Nendoroid Bunzo" articulated cat figure. It is priced at 5,900 JPY and is scheduled for release in January 2025.

"Ramen Akane," created by Japanese manga artist Angyaman, is set in a ramen shop called "Ramen Akane" run by cats. The tabby cat Bunzo serves as the head chef. A human named Tamako comes to interview at this unique ramen shop and, after being hired, is mainly responsible for grooming the cats and washing dishes, beginning her daily work life with the felines! Through delicious ramen (and cat fur) and healing cat staff, customers can enjoy heartwarming affection!

The "Nendoroid Bunzo" articulated cat figure brings Bunzo to life in a small size of approximately 10 cm tall! It meticulously recreates the tabby patterns, cute white ear fur, and Bunzo's characteristic headscarf and apron! It comes with two interchangeable face plates: a "standard face" for a professional cat and a "roaring face" for when encountering difficult customers. Additionally, it can be paired with the "Akane Shoyu Ramen" accessory and a crossed-arms gesture, among others, to recreate the chef's dignified yet adorable daily life~
