Following the successful launch of its initial "Jurassic World" collection here, the highly popular "Katazun Fig." series from T-ARTS, a toy brand under Japan's TAKARA TOMY Company, is set to release its sequel, the "Katazun Fig. Jurassic World Part 2" capsule toy collection, this July! Fans can look forward to collecting four unique designs, each priced at ¥300 per gashapon.
The "Katazun Fig." series has previously delighted collectors with capsule toys from popular IPs like "Pokémon," "Snoopy," "Toy Story," "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba," and "Moomin." The line is known for its charming palm-sized dioramas depicting characters sleeping shoulder-to-shoulder, making for incredibly endearing desk companions. This "Jurassic World Part 2" collection introduces an entirely new set of dinosaurs, with no overlap from the previous five-dinosaur release. The lineup includes the formidable Spinosaurus, the terrifying Indoraptor (from "Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom"), the iconic long-necked Brachiosaurus, and the relatively smaller Dilophosaurus, which even boasts an articulated frill. Ranging approximately from 3 to 5 cm in size, these figures capture the fierce Spinosaurus and Indoraptor in surprisingly defenseless, pet-like tilted-head sleeping poses. They're undeniably cute and a definite must-have!
