Hong Kong toy manufacturer threezero's "DLX" series, known for producing high-quality mecha articulated figures, is launching a new product based on "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen"—the "Nemesis Prime." This figure is globally limited to 1600 units and will be available for exclusive pre-order at three events: the "Taipei International Film, Toy & Comic Convention" held in Taipei from July 25th to 29th, "Ani-Com & Games Hong Kong" held in Hong Kong from July 26th to 30th, and "Mecha Exhibition 2024" held in Osaka from August 8th to 18th!
Directed by Michael Bay in 2009, the second live-action Transformers film, "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen," tells the story of the Decepticons, who, after losing their leader in the first film's great battle, are hiding across the globe. Protagonist Sam, while preparing for college, accidentally discovers a small shard of the Allspark remaining on his clothes. Unintentionally implanted with the knowledge of the Matrix of Leadership, he once again becomes a target for the Decepticons.
This "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Nemesis Prime" articulated figure stands approximately 28.4 cm tall, inheriting the design of the previous "DLX Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Optimus Prime." It features 57 points of articulation throughout its body, with a die-cast zinc alloy frame, and the head also includes an LED light-up function. Breaking away from Optimus Prime's classic red and blue color scheme, the figure features a black base with blue-green flame patterns, complemented by red eyes, exuding an evil villainous aura!
Accessories include four sets of interchangeable hands, two ion blasters, two energy swords, and an interchangeable battle mask. Furthermore, this release retains the original design, allowing it to combine with the previously released DLX Jetfire, upgrading him into an even more powerful Dark Jetfire Optimus Prime!
