Hasbro, the renowned American toy manufacturer, has released a new product in its Marvel 6-inch action figure series "Marvel Legends" – the "Jean Grey and Phoenix Force" 6-inch action figure, based on the Marvel Comics 'X-Men' theme. It has a suggested retail price of US$49.99 and is expected to be released in October 2024!
Jean Grey was co-created by Marvel's father Stan Lee and legendary comic artist Jack Kirby, making her first appearance in the first issue of 'X-Men' comics in 1963. She is one of the founding members of the X-Men, possessing innate telekinetic and telepathic abilities. Later, in 'Uncanny X-Men', she gained the immortal mystical power known as the "Phoenix Force." Even a slight negative thought in her mind could be amplified countless times, leading to her corruption.
This "Jean Grey and Phoenix Force" 6-inch action figure set is crafted in her vibrant heroic costume from the comics, featuring over 20 points of articulation throughout the body. It includes a head sculpt with glowing eyes and flowing hair, depicting her activating the Phoenix Force, allowing for various poses! The biggest highlight of this set is undoubtedly the massive Phoenix Force effect accessory, divided into two parts: the Phoenix body and the base. Both are made with translucent colored material, and their intricate sculpting and color presentation perfectly showcase the unstoppable power and grandeur of the Phoenix Force, whether displayed together or separately!
