Tsume-Art, the top Luxembourgish statue team renowned for crafting Japanese anime and manga character statues with exquisite craftsmanship and magnificent dioramas, following the release of "Naruto Uzumaki" and "Sasuke Uchiha" in their "BIJUtsu" collection series, which emphasizes artistic quality, announced a new work from Naruto in the early hours of today (30th): the "Crossed Destinies Kakashi" 1/4 scale full-body statue! Shipping is expected to begin from Q4 2024 to Q2 2025, with a suggested retail price of 665.83 Euros.
This approximately 51 cm tall "Kakashi" statue depicts him in his early manga appearance as the Team 7 sensei during the "Survival Training Exercise," showcasing a battle-ready pose with a kunai and two bells. Unlike Kakashi's usual relaxed demeanor in the original manga, this piece exudes a remarkably serious and intense aura in his eyes and expression. Thanks to BIJUtsu's signature transparent resin eyeballs, Kakashi's gaze can be felt with profound spirit from every angle. The details of his Konoha ninja attire are also meticulously researched, including his forehead protector, jonin vest, shuriken pouch, open-toed shoes, and more. While intricately carving out material textures, a painting technique that presents anime-style shadows is also employed, making numerous details truly spectacular.
Beyond the Kakashi figure itself, this piece also incorporates rich elements from the original work, including the two bells, the alarm clock used for timing, the tree trunk with ropes, and more. Additionally, Tsume's production team has designed materialized smoke effects for this statue, further enriching its overall visual impact.
▼ Displaying him alongside the previously released Naruto and Sasuke allows one to fully appreciate the significant physical difference between Kakashi and the genin, still-child Naruto and Sasuke, from the very beginning of the Naruto story.
▼ The base features three interchangeable family crest options.
