From Korean model manufacturer BLITZWAY's robot-themed die-cast action figure 'CARBOTIX' series, today announced the latest product from 'Getter Robo Armageddon', 'Shin Getter 1', is scheduled for release in the fourth quarter of 2024.
This product is a collaborative development between BLITZWAY and Chinese model manufacturer MOSHOWTOYS. The overall design style is closer to the original source material, featuring a rounded and robust armor design without excessive or deliberate panel lines. Fan-favorite details such as the "bucket waist" and fully enclosed knee joints are faithfully reproduced. Multiple LED light-up mechanisms are integrated throughout the body, which, when illuminated, recreate the green Getter Rays contained within.
The articulated sections utilize die-cast material for the movable joints, providing flexible articulation. Each finger also features a fully articulated design. Although the back wings maintain the single-piece design true to the original, their base joints allow for multi-directional posing, enabling a variety of wild and cool poses with an authentic anime feel. Additionally, three interchangeable head parts with different gazes (left, center, right) are included, along with a dedicated display stand with a support arm, for use in various scene setups.
For weaponry, it includes the impressively sized Getter Tomahawk and Getter Scythe as two handheld weapons. Furthermore, powerful special move effect parts for the Head Getter Beam, Abdomen Getter Beam, and Getter Beam (Stoner Sunshine) are included. When combined with the LED light-up mechanism, these effect parts can also be illuminated, creating energetic and more immersive cool scenes!
