American exquisite playing card designer and manufacturer theory11 recently unveiled its latest MARVEL product, "Deadpool Playing Cards"! Currently available for purchase on the theory11 official website, with a suggested retail price of US$12.95.
Let's start with the playing card tuck box! This packaging, designed in the style of the Merc with a Mouth, features his red and black combat suit as the main theme. The front is printed with expressive eyes, Marvel Studios, Deadpool, and theory11's own LOGO. Flipping to the other side, you can see a design resembling the crossed sheaths of his katanas on his back, along with two katanas, a belt buckle, and his beloved chimichanga... and other truly rich elements! Paired with exquisite embossing and silver foil accents, it's super luxurious.
Next, let's look at the card face designs. Not only do they fully showcase Wade Wilson's outrageous personality, but they also include related superheroes/villains to join in the fun, such as Deadpool riding a unicorn as the Ace of Spades, Wolverine in his classic yellow and blue suit as the King of Diamonds, Cable as the King of Spades, Colossus as the Jack of Diamonds, and Deadpool as the Joker, enthusiastically showing off his dance moves with a radio held high... etc. Coupled with Deadpool's inherent fourth-wall-breaking characteristic, it allows for an even greater sense of interaction that other characters don't possess, making it very entertaining.
