From the Hong Kong model manufacturer FLAME TOYS, the "Furai Model" assembly model series introduces a new product from the classic "Transformers" animation version – "G1 Megatron," with a suggested retail price of US$45, expected to be released in December 2024!
The feared Decepticon leader "Megatron" is a character from the Transformers series adapted from the first batch of transforming toys introduced by Hasbro from Japan's Takara company in 1984. His disguise mode is a Walther P38 pistol, and in the G1 animation version, he also frequently transformed into a tank in addition to the pistol.
This Megatron assembly model consists of approximately 150 parts, standing 16 cm tall upon completion. It is crafted in Megatron's robot mode, faithfully recreating the cannon on his right arm and back. The classic gray and black color scheme is reproduced through part separation and partial pre-painting. The entire body features 40 points of articulation and comes with five pairs of interchangeable hands. While it does not include a transformation mechanism, this ensures high poseability, allowing for easy display in various imposing stances!
