South Korean high-quality statue manufacturer JND Studios, in collaboration with realistic facial sculptor KOJUN, is launching a new product based on the film "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone": the "Harry / Hermione / Ron C-Type" 1/6 scale hyperrealistic collectible figure set. The suggested retail price is US$1,599, with an estimated release in Q4 2024!
Released in 2001, "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone" brought J.K. Rowling's fantastical wizarding world to life for audiences, initiating a decade-long, globally beloved magical adventure.
This C-Type hyperrealistic collectible figure set, including the base, stands approximately 40.5 cm tall. Renowned figure sculptor KOJUN was enlisted to craft the head sculpts of the three protagonists – Harry, Hermione, and Ron – using unique silicone molding and hair-implantation techniques. These faithfully reproduce the youthful facial features of actors Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson, capturing even minute details like freckles and pores. The eyeballs feature a magnetic structure, allowing for subtle adjustments to the characters' expressions based on display needs, making them appear even more lifelike compared to the PVC-made Lite version!
For their attire, the trio comes with full sets of fabric-made Hogwarts school uniforms, Gryffindor house robes, and iconic red and yellow scarves. Accessories like socks, shirts, and ties are all independently produced and can be put on or taken off the figures as desired. The accessory set includes items used by each character in the film; in addition to the Hogwarts textbooks and notebooks that everyone has, it also features each of their wands, Harry's acceptance letter and envelope, the Philosopher's Stone, Wizard's Chess, the Sorting Hat, and many other incredibly rich accessories to recreate various scenes from the movie.
