The emerging Thai art collectible studio SPIRAL STUDIO is set to release a powerful new addition to its Titans of the Monsterverse (TOTM) series: the "Godzilla Evolved Form," based on "Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire." The suggested retail price is US$899, with an estimated shipping date in Q1 2025.
Godzilla, appearing in "Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire," also known as Legendary Godzilla, three years after teaming up with Kong to defeat Mechagodzilla, continues to battle Titans on the surface, maintaining order between humanity and the colossal beasts. Sensing an unknown signal, Godzilla first traveled to a French nuclear power plant to absorb radiation, then journeyed to the Arctic to defeat the ancient sea dragon Tiamat, absorbing cosmic radiation from its lair. This process enhanced and evolved Godzilla into a new form—with dorsal fins emitting a pink glow. He then once again joined forces with Kong to confront the threat posed by the "Skar King" from the Hollow Earth.
The "TOTM Godzilla Evolved Form" statue released by SPIRAL STUDIO captures the new form seen in the film. Crafted from vinyl, the figure boasts an impressive size, standing 53 cm tall and measuring 85 cm long. It is meticulously sculpted based on the 3D models used in the movie, faithfully recreating Godzilla's exceptionally robust physique and rough-textured skin. A delicate multi-color paint application brings out a highly organic coloration. Notably, the intricate blood vessels intertwined within the dorsal fins are vividly depicted using translucent material, revealing astonishing details when light passes through. The vibrant magenta dorsal fins emit a captivating glow, signifying Godzilla's rapid evolution due to the influx of energy. The colossal body leaning forward in a roaring pose further exudes an undeniable aura of dominance!
