Following the release of the MARVEL X-Men themed "Wolverine: X-23 Unleashed," American toy giant Sideshow Collectibles' "Premium Format Figure" product line recently unveiled its new "Mystique: Freedom and Destiny" full body statue! Shipping is estimated to begin from May to August 2025, with a suggested retail price of US$685.
Standing approximately 39 cm tall, this piece depicts a daring rescue mission. The seemingly effortless Mystique sits atop a Trask Industries machine, holding a heavy rifle in her right hand while her left rests on a display screen, conveying the narrative of hacking into Trask Industries' main computer to rescue fellow mutants. X-Men fans will also be able to spot files for Pyro, The Blob, Toad, and Destiny (Irene Adler) on the screen.
SIDESHOW has not only incorporated LED light-up features into the statue's screen and base to enhance immersion, but also includes three interchangeable accessories depicting Mystique transforming into a Trask Industries security guard: a left hand holding a keycard, a left leg, and a torso piece equipped with a guard belt and walkie-talkie, fully showcasing Mystique's iconic abilities.
