Hollywood Collectibles Group, a production team skilled in creating movie prop replicas and large-scale statues, recently announced their latest product from "Alien: Romulus": the "F44AA Pulse Rifle" 1/1 scale prop replica! It will be simultaneously released in two versions: a Clean version and an HCG-exclusive Weathered version, priced at US$699.95, with an estimated shipping date in Q1 2025.
The latest installment in the "Alien" series for 2024, "Alien: Romulus", is set in 2142, twenty years after Ripley and her crew traveled to planet "LV-426" (in 2122), placing its timeline between "Alien" and "Aliens". The story follows a team of young scavengers who venture into a derelict Romulus space station, initially intending to steal highly restricted equipment located within, only to unexpectedly encounter the universe's most lethal apex predator...
For this prop replica, HCG has chosen the film's classic firepower: the F44AA Pulse Rifle. Measuring 28 inches (approximately 71 cm) in length, it is crafted from fiberglass and composite materials based on 3D scan data of the original movie prop. It meticulously recreates all mechanical details of the F44AA, including the stock, grip, HUD (Head-Up Display), and its serial numbers. Whether you prefer a pristine, brand-new condition or a weathered appearance that has endured numerous thrilling battles, you have the freedom to choose. HCG also includes a display base with both versions for collectors to showcase.
