Hot Toys - 1:6 Diecast Iron Man Mark III (Electroplated Red and Silver Version)
To celebrate Marvel's 85th Anniversary, Hot Toys presents a series of Ultimate Marvel new products – the Iron Man Mark III (Electroplated Red and Silver Version) 1:6 scale diecast collectible figure. This limited-time edition features an original and unique red and silver color scheme, with only 600 sets available for sale in Hong Kong! Crafted meticulously from premium diecast material, the armored body stands approximately 32.5 cm tall, perfectly capturing the Mark III's accurate proportions and streamlined contours. Combined with top-tier electroplating paint application technology, it creates a visual effect where the suit gleams like a jewel! The figure boasts over 30 points of articulation, allowing for a wide range of dynamic Iron Man poses and stances. It not only features built-in LED light-up functions in the eyes, arc reactor, and palms, but also includes detachable chest armor and back air flaps to showcase its intricate internal structure. Furthermore, multiple interchangeable parts are included to recreate the shoulder-mounted hidden missile launchers and forearm miniature missile systems, allowing for the display of its attack mode with deployed armor and firing missiles. Paired with a specially designed LED light-up base, every detail reflects an extraordinary level of craftsmanship!
If you don't have HKD 50,000... this "budget" version (which isn't cheap at all) is also an excellent choice! Compared to the previous Getter Robo-style diecast Mark III, this one's appearance is infinitely superior! QC is average! My unit had electroplating discoloration at the elbow and issues with the palm LED lights, which I've now returned to the manufacturer for follow-up... Finally, a warning to all true collectors!! When you install the back air flaps, be prepared that you will never be able to remove them again, otherwise... Frankly, the assembly of this part is a one-time deal, just like the lower body of Destroy Gundam! Although the instructions don't mention it, the U-clip's grip isn't strong enough for you to pull it out again! D.M.S. Playful Ambition is crazy! We're here to test the waters for you... Aside from that, the entire Mark III is basically excellent, outstanding in both craftsmanship and articulation. Of course, if you're bold enough to pose it with wide-ranging movements like I do, it's even better! Even just standing, it exudes a powerful aura! If any friends have the Coca-Cola base blueprint, please let me know, so I can satisfy my vanity... Thank you!
Anyway, as a die-hard Iron Man fan, there's no escaping it!
Anyway, if you're purchasing at full price, I think it's definitely worth recommending... Wishing everyone good fortune in battle!
