Danish toy company LEGO yesterday (the 21st), at "Gamescom 2024," Europe's largest video game exhibition held in Cologne, Germany, in addition to the surprising debut of the Mario Kart set, also simultaneously unveiled three new sets, numbered 77053–77055, from Nintendo's other popular video game, Animal Crossing: New Horizons! They are scheduled for release on January 1, 2025.
More island residents make their adorable debut as LEGO minifigures! This time featuring Celeste the stargazing owl, Leif the sloth merchant from the garden shop, Peanut the squirrel, Mable the blue hedgehog who runs the tailor shop with her sister, and Sasha the rabbit, who is truly a boy, and the editor is really not kidding you. Set 77053 features a mini scene where you can watch the moon and enjoy snacks with Celeste, complete with a highly realistic astronomical telescope. Set 77054 is Leif's garden shop and an adorable travel trailer, and 77055 allows all toy enthusiasts to build a stylish clothing shop, the Able Sisters!
