Furyu, a renowned Japanese prize toy manufacturer, under its high-quality character brand F:NEX, has announced the latest product featuring a NIJISANJI Virtual LIVER, the "Machina X. Machina 1/7 Scale Figure," slated for release in July 2025.
Machina X. Machina, a Virtual LIVER belonging to NIJISANJI, is a familiar spirit who calls herself a "genius" and "the cutest in the world." However, due to her use of cat ear hair ties to create twin tails, she is playfully nicknamed "ear hair." Whether it's her words, actions, or character image, Machina evokes a cute yet arrogant younger sister type. Although she can be a bit naive and clumsy, her ability to retort is incredibly sharp. In 2022, Machina X. Machina, along with Rena Yorumi and Kokoro Amamiya, became hosts for NIJISANJI's self-produced gaming program "Game-ru? Game-ru!".
The "Machina X. Machina 1/7 Scale Figure" from F:NEX is based on the official character illustration drawn by illustrator Mokyu (もきゅ), bringing her adorable standard outfit to life in three dimensions. From her pose to her twin-tail hairstyle emerging from her cat ears and her oversized jacket, every element boasts an incredibly dynamic sculpt. Her charming facial features also faithfully reproduce her slightly mischievous gaze and cute fangs, among other details.
The entire outfit features precise sculpting that recreates the adorable cat badge and bell on her chest, her collar, various buckles, and realistic wrinkle details. Rich color applications are used to render the line patterns on her clothing and metallic buckles. A major highlight of the figure is the realistic shading applied to her tanned skin, emphasizing the three-dimensional collarbones, abdominal muscle lines, and the soft, compressed look of her thighs.
