BANDAI SPIRITS Company's HOBBY Division in Japan has announced the latest product in its original plastic model series, '30 MINUTES MISSIONS,' which boasts quick assembly, easy customization, and the appeal of mass-produced units: the '30MM 1/144 eEXM-17FA Full Armor Alto,' scheduled for release in January 2025.
As the '30MM' series continues to improve and evolve, the first unit released in 2019, the 'Alto,' has become noticeably outdated in terms of weapon expandability. To further enhance the Alto's playability, this product uses relay armor parts with more 3mm expansion ports to replace some of the original armor. It also features newly designed additional armor by mechanical designer Kanetake Ebikawa, and a large variable armament that can switch between sword mode and cannon mode.
The entire kit uses a color scheme exclusive to the Full Armor Alto, and similarly features the '30MM' series' characteristic refined parts composition and quick, easy-to-assemble design, maintaining a flexible range of motion even with its heavy armor. The unmanned support mechanism 'Roy-Roy' also receives newly produced full armor parts, which, when equipped, allow for customization using the newly added circular axis joints on both sides of the unit.
Additionally, the kit includes white head and shoulder armor parts with the same specifications as the PB Limited item 'Alto (X777 Unit Affiliation),' which can be used for customization with this Full Armor Alto.
