The latest product, 'Poinsettia', numbered 10370, from the 'Botanical Collection' within the 'LEGO Icons' series by the Danish LEGO toy company, has recently been unveiled! It is expected to be released on October 1, 2024, with a suggested retail price of US$49.99.
This set comprises a total of 608 pieces. The poinsettia itself is constructed using yellow, vibrant red, darker burgundy, and green elements for the flowers and bracts. In addition to angular pentagonal pieces and triangular pieces with clips, there are also large elements resembling dart shapes. The green leaves are represented in at least two forms, and the small yellow flowers in the center of the leaf clusters look very much like cupcake elements, which is incredibly charming.
The light brown planter is built with various curved and flat pieces, creating excellent layering and conveying a sense of understated elegance. It doesn't overshadow the vibrant poinsettia, achieving a superb overall visual balance.
