American toy brand SUPER7, dedicated to various pop culture-themed toys, has launched a new product in its "ULTIMATES!" action figure series based on "Power Rangers" – the "Lord Drakkon" 7-inch action figure. The suggested retail price is US$55 per figure, with an estimated release in December 2024!
"Lord Drakkon" first appeared in issue #9 of the "Power Rangers" comic series published by Boom! Studios in 2016. In a parallel universe, after the Green Ranger Tommy Oliver was freed from mind control following a decisive battle with the Red Ranger, he did not join the Power Rangers. Instead, he collaborated with Rita Repulsa in an attempt to conquer the world, becoming the main antagonist in "Shattered Grid."
This ULTIMATES! Lord Drakkon 7-inch action figure is crafted in his evil comic book appearance, recreating various details on Lord Drakkon's white and green suit. The sculpt faithfully captures the facial features of the original Green Ranger actor, Jason Frank, and gives him the long-haired look from the comics! In terms of accessories, in addition to two interchangeable head sculpts, four sets of interchangeable hands, a Power Morpher, Dragon Dagger, and Saba, it also includes a battle-damaged Red Ranger helmet, allowing fans to recreate iconic scenes from the comics!
