T-ARTS, a toy brand under Japan's TAKARA TOMY Company, is set to release its popular second installment—the "Baymax Full Collection Character Figure Collection 2" gashapon, following the previously released "Baymax Full Collection Character Figure Collection." The suggested retail price is 400 JPY per capsule, with an anticipated release in September 2024!
The 2014 film "Big Hero 6" is adapted from the Marvel Comics series of the same name. The story is set in San Fransokyo, a fictional city blending San Francisco and Tokyo. After a tragic accident, child prodigy Hiro Hamada loses his beloved older brother. Upon discovering that the incident was not as it seemed, he teams up with Baymax, the healthcare robot invented by his brother, and a few of his brother's lab friends to form Big Hero 6 and investigate.
Following the release of four adorable Baymax figures in the first installment in 2022, this "Baymax Full Collection Character Figure Collection 2" will feature four additional scenes from the film, sculpted into character figures approximately 4.3 to 7.7 cm tall. These include Hiro and Baymax's deflated attempt to sneak through a window and re-inflating while tracking the microbots, Baymax petting a cat while low on battery, resembling being drunk, his bewildered stance while trying on the initial carbon fiber suit, and Hiro attempting to put the 2.0 suit on Baymax. Each figure accurately recreates its on-screen appearance, allowing fans to cherish these cute and heartwarming moments. Toy collectors who love Baymax shouldn't miss out!
