"Then, help me put them on." ...... "This is my thanks for helping me get my socks. This is your reward, isn't it?"
The character figure brand S-FIRE (エスファイア), planned and produced by Japan's SEGA Games Co., Ltd., recently announced its latest product from "Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian": the "Alya" (アーリャ) 1/7 scale PVC pre-painted figure! Shipping is scheduled to begin in June 2025, with a suggested retail price of 25,300 JPY (tax included).
The manga "Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian," adapted from the light novel with original work by SansanSun, character designs by Momoco, and art by Saho Tenamachi, revolves around the daily school life of protagonist "Masachika Kuse" and the half-Japanese, half-Russian heroine "Alisa Kujou." Beyond their interesting "more than friends, less than lovers" interactions, a major selling point of this work is Alya's habit of expressing her shyness in Russian, sometimes even to the point of playfully teasing Kuse. However, unbeknownst to Alya, Kuse learned Russian in his childhood for a playmate and is now nearly fluent, so he completely understands all of Alya's embarrassing remarks! Ah~~ just get together already!
This time, Alya, rendered in 3D at a height of 22.5 cm, is surprisingly depicted sitting on a school desk wearing only a white long-sleeved shirt, in the midst of undressing, coupled with a shy expression. It's as if she's been hypnotized by "Yuki"! Alya's signature silver-white long hair, red hair ribbon, prominent ahoge (cowlick), and sapphire-like eyes are meticulously recreated. Furthermore, her fair skin, treated with special processing, fully conveys a soft and delicate texture. This figure also incorporates the fan-service scene from the first episode of the anime where Alya teases Kuse by asking him to "help her put on her socks," including a pair of clean white socks with natural wrinkles. So alluring!
