FuRyu Corporation, a Japanese company with diverse entertainment ventures, is expanding its affordable TENITOL figure line. Following the previously released "Hitori Gotoh Cafe Style Ver." and "Nijika Ijichi Cafe Style Ver." figures, the company is now launching a new "Kita Ikuyo Cafe Style Ver." pre-painted figure alongside the "Ryo Yamada Cafe Style Ver." from the popular anime series "Bocchi the Rock!". This latest addition is priced at 6,930 JPY and is slated for a July 2025 release.
Kita Ikuyo attends Shuka High School, just like Hitori Gotoh, and serves as the vocalist and rhythm guitarist for Kessoku Band. She once nearly abandoned the band before a performance due to her inability to play guitar. However, this unexpected turn of events led Nijika and Ryo to discover Hitori, who eventually joined the band. Under Hitori's patient guidance, Kita overcame her guitar-playing challenges. Kita's charming appearance, love for fashion, and shopping make her a highly popular student at school, a stark contrast to the introverted Hitori. Despite their differences, Kita holds deep admiration and respect for Hitori, who diligently mentored her.
The new "Kita Ikuyo Cafe Style Ver." pre-painted figure stands approximately 20 cm tall. True to the series' theme, this figure features Kita in an original cafe staff uniform. She is dynamically posed, holding a bottle of syrup in one hand and a cheesecake in the other. The figure includes a newsboy cap adorned with the "Bocchi the Rock!" English title on the side, a brown apron over a puff-sleeve top, and a pleated uniform skirt. FuRyu has meticulously captured Kita's light-footed stride and radiant smile, with translucent hair parts further enhancing her vibrant and energetic portrayal.
With Kita Ikuyo's arrival, the entire Kessoku Band lineup in their charming cafe style outfits is now complete, allowing fans to display all four members diligently working at the cafe!
