Following the initial release of "Chun-Li" from Japanese model company Kaiyodo's popular articulated figure series "AMAZING YAMAGUCHI," today (the 9th) brings an early announcement for another Street Fighter-themed product: the Juri articulated figure!
Han Juri, codenamed "Spider," first appeared in Super Street Fighter IV. She is a Korean martial artist belonging to the S.I.N. organization's branch, Shadaloo. She possesses unpredictable and powerful kicking techniques, enjoys witnessing people's struggles and suffering, and finds ultimate joy in utterly destroying her opponents. Kaiyodo's Street Fighter series articulated figures have been previewed at several recent major exhibitions, and the inclusion of Juri's "K.O." expression interchangeable face part with Chun-Li previously served as a hint that Juri would be the second character to officially debut in AMAZING YAMAGUCHI! From the single teaser image released today, we can see that her design from Street Fighter 6 has been adopted, and the sculpting faithfully recreates her battle-enjoying smile. The use of Yamaguchi-style Revolver joints perfectly reproduces her exaggerated spinning kick poses from the game! We eagerly await more detailed sales information!
