The robot plastic model "HG (High Grade)" series, released by the HOBBY Division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd., today announced the latest product from "Super Robot Wars OG," the "Huckebein Mk-II Trombe," which is scheduled for release in December 2024.
The RTX-010-02T Huckebein Mk-II Trombe is the personal unit piloted by Elzam V. Branstein in "OG1." This unit was repaired and modified from the Huckebein Mk-II; not only was its entire body repainted to Elzam's preferred jet-black color scheme, but its Graviton Barrier and flight system were also significantly enhanced.
The "HG Huckebein Mk-II Trombe" is based on the previously released Huckebein Mk-II kit, with all its parts molded in the Trombe's characteristic jet-black color scheme, and features a newly sculpted weapon, the "Assault Blade." Furthermore, the product's box art features a brand-new full-color illustration by Masami Obari, director of the "Super Robot Wars OG" anime series.
The other specifications are essentially the same as the regular version, recreating the armor's design with multi-color molded parts and intricate part separation techniques. The upper body's chest and waist feature multiple movable axes, allowing for flexible forward/backward tilting and twisting poses. Weapon accessories include a Photon Rifle, two Beam Swords, a Chakram Shooter, a Graviton Cannon, and a movable display stand.
