Hong Kong toy brand threezero's "MDLX" series, which produces small-scale mecha articulated figures, yesterday (10th) unveiled four new products based on the new animated film "Transformers One." Following "Optimus Prime / Orion Pax," we now bring you his future arch-nemesis—"Megatron / D-16." The suggested retail price is yet to be announced, with an estimated release in Q2 2025!

"D-16" was initially just a nameless, numbered worker bot. In the mines, he befriended the future Autobot leader, Optimus Prime—Orion Pax. However, as his mind and body transformed, D-16 gradually became the fearsome Decepticon leader—Megatron, embarking on a path vastly different from his friend's. The upcoming film "Transformers One" will also take viewers on a journey to explore how Autobot leader Optimus Prime and Decepticon leader Megatron gradually evolved from friends into fierce rivals battling on the battlefield.
This MDLX Megatron / D-16 stands approximately 16.5 cm tall and features 46 points of articulation throughout its body. In terms of design, similar to Orion Pax, it aims to recreate his two forms after being granted the T-Cog (Transformation Cog) and gaining transformation abilities in the film. It utilizes a partial alloy skeleton paired with detachable metallic-painted armor, meticulously restoring the appearance of both forms! Accessories include multiple sets of interchangeable hands, two interchangeable face parts, a laser pistol, and two fusion cannons in different forms. It can be displayed with other MDLX "Transformers One" series figures to recreate adventures from the movie!
