Bandai's GASHAPON division, known for its highly acclaimed "Animals Waiting" gashapon series, is releasing the brand new 12th installment, "Animals Waiting 12" (Machibouke 12)! There are five types available, with a reference price of 300 JPY per capsule, scheduled for release in September 2024.
After collaborations with various IPs and food themes, the popular "Waiting" gashapon series returns to its roots with adorable animals, launching the long-awaited "Animals Waiting 12" gashapon! The lineup includes five animals: Hamster, Flapjack Octopus, Beluga Whale, Koala, and Alpaca! Continuing the previous style, the animals are anthropomorphized into poses where they tuck their feet in and rest their hands on their knees. With a maximum size of approximately 5 cm, not only are the waiting postures meticulously sculpted, but the animals' expressions also convey a subtle sense of blankness; their seemingly earnest waiting appears both cute and a little melancholic~
