BANDAI CANDY, the Shokugan division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., has announced today that the latest product in its popular Pokémon Shokugan series, 'POKEMON SCALE WORLD,' the 'Johto Region Set 2,' is scheduled for release in January 2025.
The 'POKEMON SCALE WORLD' series is produced at a consistent 1/20 scale, allowing collectors to compare the size differences between human characters and various Pokémon, creating a miniature world where humans and Pokémon coexist. This enables different characters to encounter a wide array of Pokémon, faithfully recreating the worldview of the 'Pokémon' series.
This product once again takes the Johto Region, the setting of the main Pokémon games 'Gold, Silver, Crystal, HeartGold, and SoulSilver,' as its theme. It features 10 Pokémon that newly debuted in the second generation, as well as Kris, the female protagonist from 'Crystal.' From the mere 40 cm tall Wooper to the 1.4-meter tall Ampharos, all are meticulously crafted at 1/20 scale, allowing you to relive the excitement of encountering new Pokémon during your first journey through the Johto Region!
